I just want to say that all this nothing has meant more to me than so many somethings

Oh Chicago, I'm just not ready to say goodbye

Some of my best college memories were made here

Between the city lights and the towering buildings and the electric air

So I can't say goodbye

But I will say thanks

Thanks for always being my escape

Thanks for the art that gave me life

Thanks for the people that gave me hope

And thanks for the streets that felt like home
