Stairway to Heaven

Didn't want to lose my DSLR in Chicago, so I took all these photos with my smart phone. Spent two days in Chitown with Hannah because #StPatrick'sDay and what an adventure we had: 

1) Touristy Bean photos because I never get tired of that monument. 

2) Explored CollegeFashionista's new office on West Monroe. So chic. 

3) DEEP DISH PIZZA!! 

4) Art Institute of Chicago perfection. Thanks again to Georges for getting us in for free! Some dude in the museum approached me and told me he's been searching for someone like me his whole life because one time he saw a movie with a blonde Asian and fell in love. Say no to holla-ers, kids. 

5) Shopped on State St and then chilled in Argo Tea with Hunter and Hannah because we needed to charge our phones (Read: I needed to charge my phone). #Derpin

6) Magnolia Bakery with Drea and Hannah aka the fluffiest cupcakes that melt in your mouth. 

7) Out and about in Wicker Park and Logan Square. Goofballs and blonde Asian obsessed randoms. 

8) Morning spent in a cute, quirky coffeeshop with a large cup of cafe au lait and the most delicious bagel/cream cheese/egg/pesto concoction. 

9) State St Bridge and the green river and obligatory snaps with the green river cuz St. Patrick's Day yo. 

10) Waited for M Dai and Joyce in some rando hotel. 

11) House of Blues adventures in the Foundation Room aka the place where Jimmy Page of Led Zeppelin hangs out. Some dude gave me a shirt that says Ireland and gave Hannah a St Pattyz Day necklace and told us about secret concerts in the city. 

12) Stopped to get gas on the way back to school. Hannah and I needed to go to the bathroom so we walked some distance in the dark to a sketchy-looking bathroom near the gas station. Hopped back in the car after urinating and M Dai tells us we're in GARY, INDIANA. #MyLyfe 

Now I'm back at school and missing city life. The zest. The kooks. Take me back to Chicago please.
